CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR PURCHASE OF A
JET FAN POWER VENTILATOR

Jet Fan warrants its power ventilator to the owner, at time of installation, of the property to which the Jet Fan Power Ventilator is installed. Proof of purchase must be made available upon request. Under NO circumstance could this warranty be considered transferable.

Jet Fan will repair or replace, at our option, any part or parts of the unit or the entire unit covered by this warranty which examination proves to be defective in workmanship or material during the warranty periods.

From the date of installation:

- Through two (2) years, Jet Fan will pay 100% of the cost of repair or replacement.

- Through three (3) years, Jet Fan will pay 70% of the cost of repair or replacement.

- Through four (4) years, Jet Fan will pay 60% of the cost of repair or replacement.

- Through five (5) years, Jet Fan will pay 50% of the cost of repair or replacement.

- Through six (6) years, Jet Fan will pay 40% of the cost of repair or replacement.

- Through seven (7) years, Jet Fan will pay 30% of the cost of repair or replacement.

- Through eight (8) years, Jet Fan will pay 20% of the cost of repair or replacement.

- Beyond eight (8) years, Jet Fan will pay 10% of the cost of repair or replacement.

For repair of replacement, contact Jet Fan or one of its authorized service agents.
Jet Fan will not be responsible for any asserted defect that has resulted from normal wear, misuse, abuse, repair, or alteration made by anyone other than an Authorized Jet Fan Service Agent or a specifically authorized agent.

No other warranties are expressed or implied.

Jet Fan's liability under any warranty whether expressed or implied is limited solely to replacement of its product and does not include other incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
